  Premises intend to operate any additional core hours granted by the Board under their authority contain in Section 67 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005. Any additional hours sought outwith such grants shall be applied for by way of separate application for Occasional Licence under Section 56 or for extended hours under Section 68 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005. Note: the Board decided on 23 June 2009 to remove the previous 'continuous opening' requirement from its Standard Conditions. This decision applies to all Licences granted before, on, or after that date. All Premises can open and close whenever they like, provided that they keep within the Licensed Hours stated in the Operating Plan. For this reason the information given in the Application about hours and periods of the year is not included in the Licence as issued. The Licence covers the most extensive hours applied for.
