Change to Conditions. Add Premises Manager. Changes to layout plan following internal reconfiguration resulting in increase in capacity to 250 and reduction in off sales capacity to 5.2m2.
Amend Description to: Premises comprising bar/restaurant, accommodation, internal and external play areas, café, function suite, astroturf area and beer garden.
Disapply SC C10.3(d) and C.10.3(e). WITHDRAWN AT LB
Amend core hours for on and off sales on Sunday from 11am. Amend activities outwith core hours and add seasonal extensions.
Permit accommodation, conference
facilities, receptions and club or other group meetings within and outwith core hours. Restaurant facilities, bar
meals, recorded music, live performances, dance facilities, films, gaming, indoor/outdoor sports,
televised sport and outdoor drinking facilities to be permitted outwith core hours.
Other activities to include: “All activities
associated with the day-to-day operation of the NextPro Elite Football Academy may take place at all times. Activities associated with Santa’s Grotto, Christmas and other seasonal festivities may take place from time to time.
