Change to Layout Plan. To enable alcohol consumption on the premises during core hours (Sun-Wed 11am-Midnight, Thurs-Sat 11am-1am) whilst consuming meals within new tearoom and adjacent outdoor facilities. Also include private functions - weddings (in removable marquee) etc with entertainment incorporating recorded and live music.
Vary Standard Condition C.5.2 to allow use of the outdoor drinking area from 10am for breakfast drinks and non-alcoholic beverages and available after the 10pm curfew for functions/weddings held in the marquee.
Dis-apply Standard Conditions C.8 (Occupancy Capacity) and C.12 (Toilet Checks).
Amend off-sales hours to 10am-10pm, 7 days.
Renaming the premises Auchengree Farm Shop & Tearoom..
